This list is not a complete list of dyslexia-specific intervention but is shared for the purpose of providing examples of dyslexia-specific interventions. Some of these dyslexia-specific interventions like SPIRE include instructional levels that would be appropriate for students who have not mastered the six basic syllable types and have considerably reduced reading accuracy levels. There are also interventions on this list like REWARDS that would be appropriate for students whose primary struggles are with complex multi-syllable words. Additionally, there are dyslexia-specific interventions like Helping Students with Dyslexia and Dysgraphia Make Connections that focus more heavily upon learning and using word level decoding skills and on making connections within various types of texts.
